Our holiday cottages are located at Langridge Cross on the B3227, one of only two properties, just at the top of the hill, with far-reaching views of North Devon. From the A361 at South Molton take the B3227 through Umberleigh and Atherington, after leaving Atherington there is a steep hill to drive down and when driving back up the other side of the hill the holiday cottages will be found on the right-hand side, opposite the white crossroad signpost as shown here, If you are coming from the Great Torrington direction on the B3227 then we are the group of buildings at the top of the BIG hill after Langridge Ford on the left.

If you use sat-nav you can enter our postcode, EX379HP but this will lead you to Eastcombe Farm and cottages, we are on the next hill West of this. It is better to use Google Maps on your smartphone and use 'Crossways Holiday Cottages' for the address as this will bring you to our front door.
Basically we are on the B3227 between Atherington and Great Torrington. Better still is to use the 'what3words' system and use either 'untruth.political.veto' to get you straight to Pippin Cottage car park space or 'noon.albatross.foal' to get to the entrance of Dartmoor and Exmoor Cottage's car park. If you come from the South Molton/Umberleigh direction after leaving the village of Atherington you will continue on down a steep hill, up the other side. The turning for Dartmoor/Exmoor Holiday Cottages is opposite the white crossroads sign (picture above) and a little way down this small road the holiday cottages car park entrance will be the first gateway on your left. Exmoor Holiday Cottage front door faces directly onto the car park while Dartmoor Holiday Cottage entrance runs down the side of the barn. For Pippin Holiday Cottage use the main double gated entrance which is about 50 metres from the white crossroads sign and directly off the B3227 with the parking space next to the cottage itself. |
